Premium Support - Six Weeks
Six weeks of Premium Support offered to those who have completed the Essential Breath(tm) training and wish to extend the two weeks of support provided with the training. This support service includes:
- Unlimited eMail and telephone support for questions, issues and progress review with one business day response from your breathing instructor.
- COMING SOON: Client support account including 24x7 access to how-to videos on breathing exercise, videos reviewing common issues and download of breathing training log and symptom tracker pages.
- Once a week 30 minute teleconference session with your breathing instructor. This may be by phone, SKYPE(tm), ZOOM(tm) or FaceTime(tm).
- Once a week written evaluation of your breathing, breath training log and symptom tracker.
- Once a week formal breathing assessment.
- Once a week written recommendations on changes to your breath training plan to further your breathing progress.
